In accordance with Google Play Console Developer Policies and Apple App Store Review Guidelines, we are committed to respecting user control over personal data. We only retain personal data as long as necessary to provide service.

Requesting Account Deletion: You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated personal data from our servers. You can easily do so by visiting our Account Deletion Request Form. Upon receiving your request:

  • Your account registration, username, and email will be permanently removed.
  • Any stored user data generated inside our apps will be erased.
  • Backup copies of database entries will overwrite and remove your data within 3 business days.
  • We will send an email confirmation to your registered email address once the data removal is complete.

We value your trust in providing us with your personal information. We strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. However, please remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security. CONELLY does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13.
